Cancellation Policy
Keynote Speaking Policy To ensure clarity and mutual respect, please review the following terms for keynote speaking engagements: 1. Booking & Payment A 100% payment is required upon booking confirmation to secure the date and speaker commitment. 2. Cancellation Policy No cancellation fee will be charged if the event is cancelled at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the scheduled date. A 30% cancellation fee applies if the event is cancelled within 3 days of the scheduled date. For cancellations made between 14 days and 3 days, no charge applies. 3. Travel & Expenses All travel and accommodation expenses are charged in addition, at cost, unless arranged and paid for directly by the client. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
